What A Crock: Jennette’s Fiesta Peppers

Yum! Throw these together in a snap. “Semi-homemade” techniques, like canned chili/beans/corn and pre-shredded cheese, make this recipe a snap! Add stuff, delete stuff, just go with it. Great way to use up veggies, especially when your summer garden starts poppin’ out all those peppers! And the best part is…you can toss it all in your crock. You know I love me some Crock Pot Cookin’.
